Police arrest suspected killers of Catholic priest in Imo State

Operatives of the Federal Particular Anti-Theft Squad of the Imo State Police Command have arrested the suspected killers of a Catholic priest, Rev Fr.Jude Egbom.

 

Fr. Egbom of St Patrick’s Catholic church, Amucha, in the Njaba Native Authorities Space of the state, was shot useless on Monday night time at a barber store alongside Nkwerre-Anara Street. In addition they stole his car.

 

The suspects, Chigozie Uzoukwu, 33, and Peter Ochokwu, 21, had been paraded by the state Commissioner of Police, Dasuki Galadanchi on Thursday.

Briefing newsmen, the CP stated the suspects had been nabbed in Nkwerre on September 11.
