Judge Says Florida Man in ‘Stand Your Ground’ Case Will Not Have Bail Lowered

The Florida man who shot and killed a person stemming from an altercation over a handicap parking spot won’t have his bail lowered, based on NBC Information.

Michael Drejka’s public defenders tried to get a state choose on Thursday to decrease his $100,000 bond in a case that concerned the state’s “stand your floor” legal guidelines.

Drejka was charged with manslaughter after he fatally shot Markeis McGlockton on July 19 outdoors a Clearwater, Florida comfort retailer.
