1, MIX 2 TBS OF ACV WITH ONE CUP OF WATER MELON AND HALF GRAPE FRUIT BLEND AND DRINK 30 MINUTES BEFORE MEAL
2. MIX 2 TBS OF ACV WITH MIXTURES OF BLUEBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, AND RASPBERRY, BLEND AND DRINK 30 MINUTES BEFORE MEAL
OR MIX BOTH 1 AND 2 TOGETHER.
NOTE: do not drink more than 3 tbs of acv in 24 hours
